Payment

I accept payment through Zelle, Venmo or cash at the time of event (no personal checks). 

Cancellation Fee

Deposits are not required but a 25% (event fee) will be issued if cancellations happen within two weeks of the event date. Ex) 2 hour event($250) = $62.50 cancellation fee.

Traveling Fee

A traveling fee will be implemented if the artist must travel more than 20 miles. It is  +$1 for each additional mile. Ex) 32 miles = +$12. Starting point is Long Beach, CA and an estimate will be given once the address is provided. A Google Map screenshot can also be provided upon request. 

Drawings Per Hour

I offer Black+White Heads and Shoulders, with an average of 20 guests drawn per hour (3 min/person). The artist can also provide Color Head+Body caricatures but please note that these drawings tend to take at least 10 minutes/person and will count on the overall time frame. This service has to be asked in advance so the artist can bring the necessary tools. 

Artist's Guest Priorities

Guests won't be drawn multiple times so that the artist can ensure as many people as possible can be drawn. If there is no line and the artist is available, then the request to draw guests multiple times can be granted. Group and family drawings are more than welcomed, as long as the group lets the artist know how many people will be in the drawing before they start. Drawings from photographs are discouraged. This includes but is not limited to guests who did not attend the event, pets, etc. This is to ensure the artist draws as many attending guests as possible and make them a priority. 

Equipment

The artist will bring all of their own equipment and lighting and only ask to have two chairs provided. Please let the artist know if lighting or chairs will be provided so that they can bring their own.

Outdoors

If the event is outdoors, the artist requests shade to be provided for the comfort of both the artist and the guests being drawn. 

Parking Information

Parking information is appreciated ahead of time. If the artist is required to pay for parking, we ask that they be compensated for the parking fee. 

Harassment

In the event of constant harassment from guest(s), staff, etc towards the artist, the artist has the right to discontinue service at any time. The host will be informed if this occurs and will be expected to pay in full regardless of what time frame took place. This is in order to protect the artist from any harm.

 

By sending the artist the information necessary for booking, you agree to all of these terms and regulations.
